JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client are an Irish engineering design consultancy that specialise
in Civil, Structural Design and Project Management.
he successful candidate will be required to carry out the necessary
design and project management on a variety of civil & structural
projects undertaken by the practice.
Control of internal design process
Client liaison
Contract administration
Technical surveys and report
Site inspections
Project administration
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil or Structural engineering
Minimum of 3 Years experience post graduation
Chartered member of Engineers Ireland (IEI) or the Institution of
Structural Engineers (IStructE)
Experience in the design and co-ordination of civil & structural
projects
Experience in the design of steel, concrete, masonry & timber
structures
Experience of preparing Contract documents and Project Management
Experience of the inspection of construction works
Ability to work in compliance with a Quality Management System (ISO
*: *)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and
organisational skills
Technical competence and knowledge of relevant design codes and
Building Regulations.
Proficient in the use of civil & structural design software including
Autocad, CSC/ Tekla , Fastrack, Tedds, Robot, Microdrainage
Experience of BIM would be an advantage
Self-motivated & career focused
Full driving licence
PACKAGE
Salary based on experience and negotiable for the right candidate
